All items are sanitized using eco-friendly detergents. Fabric surfaces are steam-cleaned. Any items that come into contact with food are cleaned in accordance with FDA guidelines. Your family's safety is our top priority.

Every rental includes a personalized tag on the handle or basket with your name, and a Rocket Rentals USA LLC identification tag on the bottom of the item.

For all other hotels and resorts, we deliver directly to your resort's luggage room at or before your selected delivery time. No need to be present — it will be waiting for you.
